Long necklace

Long necklace, made up of a 75cm gold chain, carrying five amethyst-colored French new-bakelite beads two centimetres in diameter. These are set on one face with motifs of Mughal inspiration in 18-carat gold, and various precious or semi-precious stones (rubies, pink and green tourmalines, amethysts and bleu topazes), on the other with bezel-set amethysts, their colours chosen to harmonise with that of the bead.
